Did you read that right? Yes! You did! We are giving out free comic books for all ages!
These are special edition Free Comic Book Day books with your favorite characters and heroes.
While you are here, sit back and relax and watch the animated film, A Cat in Paris.
This 64 minute animated French film (in English) will delight all ages as a cat assists a cat burglar and little girl to solve a mystery.
The California Blue Runners Trio is a musical group made up of musicians that specialize in Zydeco and Cajun music from southern Louisiana. The leader, singer and accordion player, Andrew Carriere, is known throughout his community as an exceptional musician. The band also includes Haywood Douresseau playing the scrubboard, and Tom Stewart on the rhythm guitar. Most of the songs featured at this event will be sung in Louisiana French dialects.

Have you ever wanted to build something so big you can climb up, climb in, crawl around, and duck under it all? We will explore the design, engineering, construction, and safety, of building a structure. Our building material is bamboo, manila rope, and our hands! We will learn basic structural engineering approaches and skills working with lashing bamboo struts. Join 9th St Lab for this interactive workshop. Middle and high schoolers welcome.
Teen Virtual Reality! Come to the West Branch Teen Room to experience our awesome virtual reality program! Take a tour of the International Space Station or take a trip to Mars; ride some amazing roller coasters or try to survive a haunted house! Thursday, April 20th, 4-5:30 p.m.
