Join us on a "picture walk" through Haiti with the author of the children's book A Visit to My Homeland: Haiti, Dr. Yanick Louis-Lindquist. We will also have a mini-dance lesson by master traditional dancer Portsha Jefferson and learn a song from this country on the island of Hispaniola that won its independence in 1804.
