This large room is located in the 3rd floor administrative wing and can be set up to meet a variety of event needs. The Central Community Meeting Room has a projector, screen, and speaker system that you are welcome to use. Aside from the above, you must bring your own equipment (e.g. laptop), including adapters needed to connect your laptop to the VGA or HDMI connections we provide. Chairs and tables are also available. Restrooms located in lobby area. Groups are responsible for set-up and removal of tables, chairs and equipment. We recommend you get help setting up and removing the tables and chairs. Be sure to build time into your meeting room request for set up and removal. If you are planning to have food catered to your meeting in the Central Library, please meet the caterers outside the front of the library and escort them to the meeting room. Library staff are unable to assist you with your catering set-up.
