Bay Wheels offers reduced-rate memberships to Bay Area residents who qualify for CalFresh, SFMTA Lifeline Pass, or PG&E CARE. The first year is $5, and then it’s $5/month after that. No annual commitment is required.

 Meet with a representative to discuss the application process and submitting proof of eligibility.
