Celebrating all things grim, grotesque, unsettling, macabre, and weird in fiction, each month will venture into a new dark corner of literature and the psyche.
Our first book, Rouge, is a modern Gothic tale with touches of the Brothers Grimm about a lonely dress shop clerk who is obsessed with skincare and beauty, and haunted by the memory of her recently passed, glamourous mother.
