Instructor Rhoda Rossman will offer an 8-week series, perfect for Seniors and those with strength and flexibility concerns. These sessions will focus on gentle breathing, stretching, balance, strengthening, visualization, and rest. Attendees are asked to bring a yoga mat if they have one, a limited number may be available for those without one.
