Small Group Reading and Writing Instruction
Join other students and an experienced adult literacy teacher and learn together to develop your reading, writing and thinking skills in new and powerful ways. This group meets Monday afternoon 3:00pm - 5:00pm, and is open to all levels.
Student Leadership Workshops
Berkeley Reads students work with an experienced adult literacy teacher to strengthen their leadership skills to use at home, at their workplace and in their community. Adult literacy students also plan events for the program and participate in local and regional adult learner conferences.
