Playreaders Circle @Central

Playreaders do exactly what the name says, it's an interactive program where participants read aloud from plays, changing parts frequently so everyone gets a chance to bring theater to life.

Plays are usually selected by the participants.  Scripts are provided by the library.

May's Play will be "Dear Brutus" by J. M. Barrie.  The Guardian called this play "the Peter Pan for grown-ups" and reviewers found it "smart, funny, beautifully written and a little bit devastating".

Intrigued?  Why not come to read, or come to listen.
