Resumes: “What’s Your Story?” Claim the Keys to Your Strongest Resume, LinkedIn Profile, and Interviewing Effectiveness

Powerful leverage is yours when you develop stories of achievements and challenges met. Your Resume bullet points become compelling evidence of results you produced when they focus on results, leadership outcomes, and initiatives executed. Your LinkedIn Profile Headline now allows 22-25 words, enough to make an impression and insert key words recruiters are looking for. Your About section, which now allows around 26 lines, benefits from cohesive statements around differences you can make.

Resumes That Celebrate Your Talent

Your resume can strike sparks and leave memories that stick! You can compel reviewers to pay close attention to your resume. Here are a few possibilities: Below your name and contact lines insert a statement that defines you, shows commitment, or asserts your value. It can be as simple as “Eager to take on challenges and make a difference.” In addition to the skills you list, how about including a section “Leadership and Productivity” that announces your initiative, consensus building, motivational abilities, and other soft skills.
