In collaboration with 9th St Lab, the library will be hosting a three work shop series for youth ages, 8-12 years old.
Come learn about tools, spark your creativity and build something imaginatIve & fun to take home.

MAKE YOUR OWN HALLOWEEN SPELLBOOK!
Just in time for Halloween we'll use paint, mod podge, hot glue and more to make cool looking halloween spellbooks!
We'll have books for you to decorate, or you can bring your own hardcover book or journal!
Bring your creative ideas to this monthly drop-in art and crafts studio. Topics and projects will vary each session. While project materials are provided, attendees are also welcome to bring their own work-in-progress pieces and tools. Whether you're looking to learn a new project or just have some fun with like-minded individuals, CraftLab is the perfect space for you. Join us for an afternoon of creativity and let's build something amazing together!

Mend It! will be taking a break in December. Meetings will resume on Thursday, January 25th, 2024. See you in the new year!
Need to hem some pants? Sew on a button? Come mend clothes with friends! Needles, thread, and sewing machines will be available 5pm to 7pm the last Thursday of the month in the North Branch Community Meeting Room. Staff are available to consult on your projects and to teach basic mending skills. Bring your own project.
