The Affordable Connectivity Program is a federal program that helps lower the monthly cost of broadband service for eligible households. Eligible households may get up to a $30 benefit on their eligible mobile broadband service. Individuals may qualify if they meet one of the three (3) eligibility criteria:
1. You or someone else in your household participate in one of the following federal assistance programs:
• Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), formerly known as Food Stamps
• Medicaid
• Supplemental Security Income (SSI)
• Federal Public Housing Assistance (FPHA)
• National School Lunch Program
• Federal Pell Grant
• Veterans Pension and Survivors Benefit
• The Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC)
2. If your household income is at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines
3. You qualify for the Lifeline program
