Mental Health and Covid-19 workshop from United Parents and CalHOPE

United Parents and CalHOPE present a one hour workshop on Mental Health and Covid-19.

CalMHSA(California Mental Health Services Authority) & CalHOPE Crisis Counselors from CalHOPE will guide an intensive discussion among participants and engage them in skill building activities relating to mental health during the Coronavirus pandemic, including the skill of Help Receiving.  Participants will also receive information on the Crisis Counseling Program.

CalHOPE and United Parents hope that these discussions and activities will remove the stigma of seeking mental health support when in crisis.
