Film Screening: My Garden of a Thousand Bees

Join Berkeley Public Library and Urban Adamah in this interactive film screening on the farm! Together, we will enjoy an outdoor screening of the PBS short
(55min) documentary My Garden of a Thousand Bees. After we learn about one person's journey discovering the dynamic life of bees in his backyard, we will build take-home seed bombs so you can spread the pollinator magic in an urban landscape of your own.

Urban Adamah is located at 1151 Sixth St. Berkeley, CA 94710

Intro to Zines Workshop

What's a zine (said zeen)? It's a short, handmade booklet about anything you want to share with the world--and anyone can make one! Join us at this event to not only learn more about zines and zine history, but also to make your very own zine with the help of experienced zinesters. We can't wait to see what you create!

This workshop will be held in The Commons, our new social space on the first floor of Central Branch.
