Celebrate the Bay Area’s food and beverage scene with the Library’s Farm to Shelf program series! In December, we’re hosting local coffee roaster Byron Dote of Sweet Maria’s Coffee. Byron will discuss the different stages that coffee goes through from plant to cup and show how to roast beans at home using the Fresh Roast SR800, available soon for checkout at the Tool Lending Library. Byron will be available to answer your questions in a Q&A after the demonstration.
