Celebrate the Library and South Berkeley’s teen students at Claremont Branch Library with Teen Taco Tuesday! This event is dedicated to Willard Middle School's 6th grade class of 2022, but all teens and young adults are welcome to partake of free, delicious tacos! Tacos El Rulas (@tacoselrulas) will be serving up free veggie or chicken tacos starting at 3:00 PM until food runs out.

Hey teens! Stop by the Library after school for an out of this world smoothie (and a photo op with an astronaut!). The Library starts serving these refreshing treats 3:30pm, while supplies last. Smoothies will be prepared and served from the Library’s Charlie Cart.

Bring your favorite journal, art materials or just pencil and paper and join the Urban Sketching group. We sketch the world around us to observe and connect with our surroundings. Through this practice our drawing skills and confidence ultimately improve over time. Urban sketching is worldwide movement with groups all over the world! This group is for all levels of skill and experience.

Hey teens! Stop by the Library after school for some freshly popped corn (aka popcorn) with herbs. We will prepare and serve the herbed popcorn from the Library’s Charlie Cart.
The popping begins at 3:30 PM.
