ABOUT THE POETS
In honor of Black History Month, join educator, actor, community organizer and internationally recogized poet, Jamey William for an Adult/Teens Writing Workshop at West Branch Berkeley Public Library!
After winning the Compliment Death Match at the National Potery Slam in 2017, Jamey Williams became the first person to be dubbled "the nicest poet in the country."

Writers of all experience levels are welcome.
Join us for an evening of poetry and performances as we announce our first-ever Berkeley Youth Poet Laureate and Vice Youth Poet Laureate! Refreshments will be provided.
