Come to West Branch Teen Room to join our Dungeons and Dragons club on Tuesday, April 25, from 4:00 - 5:30 p.m.! Ages 14 - 22 welcome. Beginners welcome! Dice provided!! Treats will be provided!!!

Teens, join us for this month's Teen Tidbits offering:  crudités & dips!  (Crudités are appetizers consisting of a variety of raw vegetables, usually cut into strips or bite-size pieces, and served with a dip)

We’ll start serving up fresh, vibrant veggies and delectable dips at 3:30pm, and will continue until all gone. There will be vegetarian and vegan dip options.  We will prepare and serve the crudités & assorted dips from the Library’s Charlie Cart.   

Teens and Young Adults, come celebrate National Poetry Month by joining poet Hanne Williams-Baron, in the Teen Room for a generative writing workshop around the theme of friendship odes. Read and discuss friendship ode poems by contemporary poets and have fun crafting an ode to, about, and/or for your BFF! 

Join us April 11th, 18th, and 25th (Tuesdays) at the Claremont Branch from 3-5 pm for a series of woodland creature-themed paper crafting sessions!  All supplies and instructions will be provided. This program is most suitable for children in preschool and kindergarten.

Join us on fourth Fridays at 3:30 pm for animated film fun!

Please join us at the Freight & Salvage, one of Berkeley's oldest and most beloved music venues, for a special musical story time series with the Berkeley Public Library's Story Time Band. These FREE events will take place on first Thursdays at 10:30 a.m. beginning on Thursday, August 1st.

We like to call it Introvert Happy Hour. (Extroverts are welcome!).

Join us in the Meeting Room at North Branch for a casual LEGO free build. Children ages 5 and up are welcome to play with LEGOs and get creative with original designs.
