Berkeley Public Library presents Ebola in West Africa: An Unprecedented Health Crisis
 


Berkeley CA, December 19, 2015—Ebola has been in the news lately. Should you worry? Learn the facts from Professor Art Reingold of UC Berkeley's Health who has worked on the prevention and control of infectious diseases for the past 30+ years. Professor Reingold will discuss the latest information concerning the Ebola outbreak in West Africa on Saturday, January 10 at 2:00 pm in the third floor community meeting room in the Central Library, located in downtown Berkeley. Hear about the current state of the epidemic; control efforts, the development and use of new vaccines to prevent Ebola and new drugs treatments.
