Pop Up Covid-19 Vaccine Clinic at Tarea Hall Pittman South Library

Berkeley, California (September 8, 2021) – The City of Berkeley and Carbon Health are holding a Vaccination Clinic at the Tarea Hall Pittman South Branch and Tool Lending Library, today, Wednesday, September 8, from 11:30am-6:30pm.
Patrons may walk up or create a free Carbon Health account and sign-up online. The clinic will be held in the Parking Area in front of the Tool Lending Library located on the corner of Russell Street and Martin Luther King Jr. Way. Masks and social distancing is required.
The pop up clinic will be using the Pfizer vaccine. For doses beyond your first, be sure to bring your CDC vaccination card or digital vaccine record if card is unavailable. Additional doses available for those with moderately to severely compromised immune systems as outlined in state guidelines who received the Pfizer vaccine. Attestation will be required.
Those under 18 need parent or guardian permission via signed consent form (see sample), in-person consent at vaccination, or via a phone call. Those between the ages of 12-15 must be accompanied by a responsible adult before, during, and after their appointment.
