Join us for some hands on learning as Cirrus will teach how to apply a simple patch for structure or decoration. The stitches are the same whether covering a hole or just adding some fun flare to an otherwise solid piece of clothing.
Join us for an afternoon of sewing fun at North Branch! Local sewing expert Kathe Boyd will lead us in making a drawstring backpack. Basic sewing machine skills are required for this workshop. Adults and teens welcome. All materials provided. If you wish to bring your own sewing machine, just let us know when you register. You are welcome to bring your own special material if you wish (you will need one yard). Upcycling encouraged!

Please join us for Tuesday afternoon paper-crafting sessions! All supplies and instructions will be provided. This program is most suitable for preschool and kindergarten children.
This is a self-directed opportunity to use our sewing machines on site for your own project. Some basic supplies and staff help with setting up a machine will be available. Please bring your own thread if you need to match your project.
Come and make and decorate a homemade "harmonica" with simple materials and jam along to harmonica music! We'll be doing this craft in honor of DeFord Bailey, a harmonica virtuoso and the first Black star of the Grand Ole Opry. Ages 5-8.

Come learn how to make 3D collages made out of cardboard at the South Branch Art Studio!
This event is a part of the Art Studio nights at Tarea Hall Pittman South Branch.
Every third Thursday of the month we will host an open art studio but will explore different types of process art styles.
This month, we we learn how to manipulate cardboard and other paper materials into 3D pieces.
All materials and tools are provided but please feel free to bring your own supplies.
